Now this Madsen strikes me as a particularly well thought out load carrier – small back wheel and oversized steel tubing give an alleged load carrying capacity of 281kg. Large volume, lightweight, lockable box make this the ideal courier bike, but also great as a zero emission alternative to the gas-guzzler for all your local shopping needs. Very handsome bike, indeed so handsome that we’re thinking of buying one for our business. I’ll let you know how we get on with it. Incidentally, if we do buy one, we won’t be employing the chap in the video to ride it.
